The room was sufficient and exactly as advertised but had a weird odor to it. A couple towels had stains on them but more were available for use. There was a fly in the room that refused to die or leave out the window. The breakfast was good and the bread was fresh daily.

The room was very clean, and the kitchenette was very handy. The gym was absolutely amazing - we chose Numa because of its gym and we were very impressed. Hotel was always warm - overall I would highly recommend!

The room was clean and well equipped. However, it was way too hot in the building and almost unbearable in the room as it was impossible to cool it down, even when opening a window when the outside temperature was only 18 - 24C. It is beyond comprehension why any new construction in the last 20 years would not include air conditioning. Numa did provide fans but we just couldn't get comfortable when we returned after a day of sightseeing As a result, I would not recommend this hotel for a stay in the summer months. We did have a good experience getting questions answered through WhatsApp and the digital nature of the hotel was not an issue for us, although the lack of an interior deadbolt on the door is a bit disconcerting. They provided access to a supply cabinet for additional fresh towels and other supplies but there was almost nothing in it on the two days we looked inside. The area immediately surrounding the building is underwhelming. Access to the underground was good and there was a mall nearby, but the area lacked decent restaurants and was too far away from the centre for us to venture there in the evening. All in all, perhaps a cost effective choice, but you sacrifice location and certain amenities.

Great place for multiple day lodging. Well equipped kitchen, spacious studio room and easy electronic key access. Top notch fitness equipment in the gym and a welcoming commons area were an unexpected bonus. Grocery store and UBahn within 8 minutes walk. Staff were superb! Very responsive to any needs we had. Definitely booking here again when next in Munich! Just have one suggestion - work on a better ventilation plan other than opening the windows when cooking.

Great apartment, everything very modern, clean and comfortable. The area isn’t particularly attractive and is out of the city centre, but the U-Bahn station is only 5 minutes walk away with three lines taking you to Marienplatz or Hauptbahnhof in under 15 minutes. BMW World and the Olympic Park are only two stops away. Certainly worth the compromise on area to get accommodation of this standard at a bargain price. Highly recommended.

Nice place to stay

Apartment was nice, just I would have loved to have a microwave in kitchenette. Apart that, everything was fine, the buinding and the room were new and comfortable, and the place even if a bit far from the center has bus stop just in front of entrance and u-bahn 5 mins walk, so in 25-30 mins you can be in the center. Communication with customer service by whatsapp was easy and helpful.

Great location to reach the Olympiapark, confortable room with everything you need and beyond, quality tea and coffee, even a beer and drink. Room was quite warm and it was facing east and road so the curtains must be darker and thicker to keep light away, and a bit noisy at times. Overall really good apart for this

Very well located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the OEZ shopping mall & metro station. BMW museum also close by. Room was very spacious and well equipped. Room service is on demand for a small fee. Towels and toiletries can be availed from common areas but one often times they are quickly gone! The beds were comfortable but the bedding was a bit smelly. The only real issue we had was the central heating, which made the room very warm despite having the windows open to compensate.

There was an issue when we arrived where we couldn't access our room because the code wasn't working. Luckily they have free WIFI so I was able to message the Numa team and they were able to help. It took almost a half an hour to figure out but they were extremely communicative and did eventually figure out the issue. Otherwise, the space is very comfortable, spacous and clean. Would definitely stay with Numa again!
