Have stayed here many times and always return as the people are so helpful and very friendly. It is a pleasure to stay here. The spa is great too if you have had a long day and last time I paid it was around £10 they have a pool outdoors, jacuzzis, steam room and sauna. Beer and wine selection is superb and the food itself is very tasty and the service is second to none. Will always stay here when on business in Linkoping. Love it!

Upplevelsen var överlag bra, men några saker drog ner betyget. Personalen i spaet och receptionen på kvällen var exemplarisk. Bra på service, trevliga och gav det lilla extra. Samma gäller vid frukosten, trevlig och snäll personal. Upplevelse incheckningen som lite kall. Fick inte det lila extra, snarare bare minimum. Vilket kanske I sig är ok, för alla andra gav det lilla extra och så det kanske gjorde att jag förvånade mig mer. Samt att jag visade kvitto på bokningen trots att jag redan betalt? Rummet var någorlunda städat. Ventilation synligt dammiga, något klet på väggen i badrummet, men mycket var det inte. Det var småsaker. Fick nergradera rummet från deluxe för att få ta med hunden men då bjöd man på extra hundtillägget istället vilket var en rimlig kompromiss. Spaet var väldigt trevligt. Litet, men mysigt. Dessutom bemannat hela tiden. Inte för mycket folk heller. Vi tog en sen spatid. Väldigt trevligt. En av de stora anledningarna att bo här. Tråkigt dock med parkering. Det står på hotels att den är gratis och när jag bodde där sist var det gratis. Men nu fick jag en överraskning och ingen direkt info om hur det fungerar vid incheckning men det löste sig. Överlag en trevlig vistelse, stort plus att få ta med hunden. Fin inredning och mysig stämning. Bra rum. Duktig personal, bra läge på hotellet.

Det var synd att det var betalparkering för gäster. Och att skyltarna för parkering inte stämmer, de informerade att de ändrat betalningssätt men skyltarna har ej bytts ut. I övrigt bra hotell, god frukost och fint spa

I överlag mycket nöjd! Trevlig personal, snyggt inrett, skön säng, rent rum, mysigt spa, jättebra hotellfrukost. Enda nackdelar: Betalparkering, ingen kyl eller vattenkokare på rummet. Samt fläckiga stolar och väldigt skitigt golv där man åt frukost.

Parkering utanför hotellet tillsammans med många företag, numera måste du betala för parkeringen, dygnet runt.Förut var det gratis. Problemet var enligt hotellet att många icke hotellgäster parkerade utanför och att parkeringsplatserna då var för få. Hotellet är bra med trevlig och hjälpsam personal.
