Good and Unique
The Jumbo Stay Hotel is nice and unique. The rooms are small, but that was to be expected and nonetheless they were very comfortable. There was plenty of storage in the room. It was mainly a self-serve hotel as there was little service from reception which was told to us in advance. The facilities were cleaned daily. The breakfast was self-serve as well which was available from 3:00am to 10:00am which is helpful as we had an early flight. The only complaint I will say is that it was snowing the days we were there and the area, particularly the stairs, were icy and not cleared which could have caused an accident. It was a unique experience and I would recommend to those interested.

I enjoyed the experience of sleeping in a plane. It felt like we had the place for ourselves, like no one else was there. What wasn't great though was that the Elevator is broken for some time now. And breakfast looked questionable. Also everybody's room keys just sit on the desk when you check in.

The only positive thing I can say about this property is the unique concept of a hotel inside an airplane. The walls were dirty, the tv didn’t work…and I never received the email regarding access to the cavities as promised in reservation email. I would also note that I did not receive the room I “clicked” on and was charged more than the listed price. When I addressed the manager about the issue, they stated “that’s an Expedia issue”.
