I had a conflict with other guests behaving inappropriate.
While the restaurant garcon tried to calm down the situation, I tried to resolve the situation by asking the restaurant supervisor to help. However he, supervisor A. did not asserted accordingly and refused to help. this had created an unsafe and unpleasant rest of my stay.
I made a complaint with the Front Office manager aswell as the General manager who both agreed with me on the situation.
A thumbs up for them.
The restaurant supervisor and 1 other employee are not suitable to work in hospitality.
I doubt if the management is aware of their work attitude.
A smile or “how are you?” is too much effort.
Garcon Emre, the chefcook, the patisserie lady and garcon Maria make the difference.
Emre is a hospitality star, don't let him go!
The chefcook an patisserie lady are making the guests enjoy their food and have a chat and Maria always smiles!
And the cleaning lady made sure the room was tip top everyday and made my start of each day good by saying “günaydin!”.
Ramira has multiple locations of which Ramira Joy is the best, thanks to Rüstem, the Front Office manager there.
We stayed there last year and rated them 5 stars.
Will definitely stay there again.
The hotel team of Ramira City has got improvement to do.
Please take lessons from this review as it is my honest opinion and has made my holiday less enjoyable.
