"We had a great stay. The food was amazing, the room was just as it was advertised online with a King Bed and an Ocean view. The service was great except the Pitahayas Restaurant. The service was very slow; it took us 40 minutes to get a Diet Pepsi & water after asking 3 times, and a total of 2hrs...but the food was amazing, especially the Filet!! Room was clean, service by staff was amazing. An FYI, 1/2 the resort is TimeShare so they will try and sell you on it when you arrive. "
