Would stay again, convenient location.
Good location for south bank. Many restaurants coffee shops and bars nearby as well as train station and qpac 400m away.
Room was clean (beds kitchen, bathroom and floors etc,)but some furniture items had stains and needed steam clean or replacement. Apartments are a little dated now but more than sufficent for a few nights.Small balcony with river as well as city views (atm but building in progress across the street will block a lot of the view). Friendly reception staff. Paid parking per day onsite. Overall, my second stay at the Ivy was good value comfortable and recommended.

Good location, average unit nothing like the photo
It was ok, location was great and short walk to South Bank. Checked in and allocated a car parking spot, to then discover someone parked there, after another visit to reception and further wait they eventually found another location. Was difficult to check in due to no parking.
Unit was ok but nothing like the pictures on Hotels.com, unit was in need of a good clean, carpet was marked and dirty. Bathrooms mouldy and still had hair on floors and drains from previous guests. Unit was definitely not worth the rates charges.

Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Very responsive and prompt to our requests. Has a very nice view of the city, enjoyable from the spacious and comfortable rooms. Very convenient to get to suburbs and city due to close proximity to public transport and roads. Kitchen facilities and utensils, cutlery were more than adequate. Within walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets. Very wonderful stay. Thank you.
