Meriton Suites Adelaide Street, Brisbane

Always a great experience staying in Meriton apartments. Very high standards.

We always have a wonderful Stay at Meriton on Adelaide st, perfect location walking distance to Queens street mall . The Team at front desk are always professional and wonderful they always make u feel very welcome. We love the apartment we stay in the 1 bedroom modern everything is perfect a special Thanks though to Tom at front desk for always going above and beyond thanks for a great stay we shall see u again soon

High class and clean for the price, great views out to the city, I like the location between the city and F.V

Reception staff not welcoming. Room ok a little dated. No onsite parking. Close to Howard Smith Wharves and riverside was the only positive. Would not stay again for the price we paid. Other hotels close by with better views and better priced.

Hi guys, this hotel is definately not a 5 star hotel, and im quite upset about the conditions.  1st thing, Tv didnt work when we arrived, however, I fixed the problem by screwing in the antenna properly (Not something i should have to do).  2nd thing, the air conditioner in the bedroom is a health risk, they have not been internally cleaned, and is down right disgusting. Mould is among many things in there. There are photos of this in your email. More coming tomorrow morning 3rd thing your site advertised nice views as per your photos. I see a building from the room im in, as per my photos also will have the same photos time stamped with location before i leave.  Finally, no one said the sauna and the spa werent operating. Not even when i checked in. And thats one of the main reasons I chose the meriton.  As my consumer rights are important, I wish to have some reciprocation. If i hadn't been enjoying some alcoholic beverages, i would have gone home but unfortunately I am unable to drive. Id rather be at home.  Ive spent most of my afternoon trying to get things working in my room. And this time was meant to be stress-less and relaxing. Ive had nothing but problems.  Thank you guys for getting this deal for me, unfortunately, the meriton has not performed well in this instance.  And if nothing is done about this subject, i will have no choice but to move forward and seek other action. 

Don’t stay at this hotel. The staff were very rude and although I booked a three bedroom apartment I was not allocated even one carpark!!!

Amazing view, nice staff, perfect rooms, nice bathrooms
