Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. This hotel should be a 2 ½ star at best. it is very close to the woman’s gate and is convenient. However, bear in mind that the internet does not work in the rooms. The first two nights, there was no internet in the entire hotel. The third night, you could only get internet in the lobby. The issue is that there was no action on behalf of the staff to address or tackle the issue. And if you are travelling, you will burn through your data very quickly. There is also no iron in the rooms and in the staff in the lobby said that the hotel doesn’t have any irons. So look forward to wearing crinkled clothes. Would not recommend this hotel as a family. You could survive it if you are single.

Don’t expect any customer service here.
I don’t know where is Customer Service, we checked in at 6 pm and they said that the house keeping staff has gone for the day and we will provide in the morning. Other than that the room is good nd location is good too.

The hotel location was great but the hotel inside was terrible and poorly meintained. The clearance was horrible in the hotel. Staff was not cooperative and the manager had great attitude. Over all I would say, it was worst hotel I ever stayed .

Customer service oriented
Loved the hotel's manager; Mohammed al johani. He is a decent man and customer oriented. He extended check out time and managed the staff to be more helpful to the guests. I will book the hotel again definitely

Terrible, children playing all over at 2,3,4 am. Front desk notified and has done nothing. Bathroom is broken, air condition is dusty. Elevator is another story... you might wait for 5 minuets and one of the reason is because kids are playing with it. It’s like a big park! DONOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY SPECIALLY IF YOU ARE GOING FOR UMRA OR HAJ. Be very careful as there are many good hotels around there and much cheaper.

Average Stay....
This is my 2nd time stay at dar al eiman al manar. They always take too much time in finding room bookings. I called at room service for empty tea cups but they refused to give us. They said you have to order tea. We will not give you empty cups. Gate number 15 is 5 minutes away from hotel. Overall my experience was OK. Not too good not bad. AVERAGE HOTEL

Bad experience
Take about 45 minuets on checkout, nothing in room, ask for cattle and iron they says you did not buy breakfast so it’s not allowed. Very bad service,lifts are terrible you have to wait 10min for lifts
