Excellent walking distance to La Gran Via
This is a wonderful boutique hotel that is great for apartment style accommodation / cleaning is done on weekly basis. The rooms are apartment style. The apartment was clean. It had some kitchen supplies like plates and bowls etc to use. A large fridge and spacious modern kitchen. There was laundry in the room but did not use it. The bathrooms were very modern and excellent size. The room also had a small balcony for beautiful views! There is a rooftop but it’s under construction so much there but that wasn’t an issue at all. The street is active and lively! Bakeries and restaurants just downstairs a few steps away! About a 10 minute walk to La Gran Via! I would recommend this hotel to families or large groups who need multiple beds.

Very convenient location. Lots of restaurants and small grocery stores. Walkable. Near Grand via. City feel and old town feel you can feel both. Backside of the building is quieter than front side of the building.

Comfortable but missing some basics
We stayed in a 2b2b apartment (2adults/1child). It was comfortable with a functioning kitchen and bathrooms. The place was clean and efficient for our needs. We did notice that the cabinetry was wonky and the freezer door wouldn’t shut because the panel wasn’t attached properly. Also, the towel warmer in the primary bath would not turn on. The heater took a long time to heat up the space, occasionally turning off on its own in the process. Loved that there was a washer in the unit, that was helpful when traveling with kids. We did encounter a couple of challenges, the auto checkin machine was not working. So be sure to pay this hotel in advance. Our friends who paid in advance got their keys easily but we couldn’t pay with the checkin machine, we had to call after hours as reception desk is only 9a-5p (We arrived at 8p after a 4h baggage/flight delay.) Also, there is absolutely no housekeeping. We got 1 coffee pod and 2 teabags upon check in with a cleaning kit (not even napkins!). This was frustrating because we only stayed 3 nights, refills to some basics would have been nice. They only provided a single tablespoon of olive oil to cook with. I’m not expecting a full stock to the kitchen, but a bottle of oil and some coffee/sugar/salt for more than just one meal would be helpful, we can purchase everything else but I don’t feel it necessary to purchase an entire bottle of oil or salt and then throw away every time there is a guest, that seems wasteful.
