Great hotel and short walking distance to Waterloo
A lovely hotel located a short walk from Waterloo station. The view from our hotel room was amazing both at night and the morning of what is now a stunning high rise skyline of Vauxhall with the train tracks in front of. With the windows closed you wouldn't know that there were trains that close (we were 10th floor). The staff were helpful, the room clean and modern and the reception area the same.

Not worth the high price.
Will not recommend this hotel, not worth the money. We spent 4 nights here but only thing which works for this hotel is the location but other than that it's pretty average hotel with small rooms, poorly designed with basic functionality. We arrived 1 hour earlier than check-in time and even though room was ready they charged us 30 pounds to check-in early instead of just letting us in.

Good for one stay for me
Was not bad. Pretty central near Waterloo station. Family of 4 stay with one bedroom and sofa bed which took up too much space in living room. So not much space for 4 suitcases except entrance area. Eateries and supermarket convenience. Shared laundry handy. Bathroom gets wet from shower. Flush behind toilet seat & cover annoying. Housekeeping useful. 😐neutral face. Would try elsewhere if there's a next time in London

Good location
A good location close to the tube, different bus stops, restaurants, grocery store and cafes. Walking distance to Elizabeth tower, waterloo station and graffiti tunnel. The only downside is that the mattresses were very hard.
