Hotel location great, room great for the price and staff were really great. No fault with hotel or staff at all. However do not stay at this hotel if you are in any way vunerable to Covid19, because in my experience the other hotel guest (during my visit at leat) simply do not care. I checked into the hotel at 7:30 pm and checked out at 8 am, during my stay I did not see a single guest (except me) wearing a mask....not one. Whist this is OK at breakfast and dinner, I would expect compliance in the common area and lifts especially. Whilst I am a bit middle aged and a bit fat I don't think I am vunerable and I am not particularly worried about catching Covid, but I am respectful of the law, which really where I am coming from with this review. For clarity all staff members were wearing masks and I don't expect the staff or the wider hotel management to be policing this, but just like many aspects of this epidemic, we all need to do our bit!

2 people booked into room but only 1 set of towels. Breakfast terrible...white baps with bacon and sausage just thrown in. Tasted terrible.

Everything was great the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was fantastic and the location was great, a stones throw away from the O2. Social distancing was well managed, the team clearly had safety in mind and regular cleaning was undertaken. Lots of nearby food choices including an amazing Chinese restaurant on site.

The staff were nice and helpful. The meal and breakfast was good. The room itself was ok accept stains on the mattress and sheets. We changed room but found that there were more staines on the sheets. Not good especially with the covid

Dark, Central reservation issues but okay.
No working lights in the bathroom and only half working in our room. Housekeeping could get it fixed in the morning 🙄. Before booking we confirmed that we could have a cot and the sofa bed in the room as we were traveling with a baby. We were told on check in this was incorrect and we had to pick either a cot or a sofa bed so one of our children would have no bed. Luckily the receptionist made it work and, although tight she got a got in our room. If the hotel are aware that it's not possible due to space why are central reservations not? It makes is really hard for the hotel staff when someone on the phone just blindly agrees to things.

Prices were way too high for the kind of staff service & room condition. What was advertised online versus what the actual new policies are are different - check in staff weren’t helpful, air conditioning wasn’t working, only set up for 1 person in room even though booking was for 2, pay additional for parking, breakfast hours. Room was clean, bathroom was somewhat clean, upstairs lobby was somewhat clean. I love the IHG brand so I hope it was just an independent hotel issue..
