Very kind people
It was a nice stay, helpful staff, and I enjoyed the food around the restaurant. I met a group of Chinese employees of an energy company, who helped in the translation process. They invited me to dinner with them, and the day after I took them out. We became friends. Don't hesitate to mingle with locals. The best food is in native restaurants. I truly had the best meal ever in China in my last two visits (one month), in Yinchuan at a Hui Halal Food.
