The hotel was not crowded. Booked non refundable room. Stayed in the past but this room was not clean and the carpet was torn up. Found out when we checked in that the swimming pool was open for alittle while longer on Sunday but they invited locals to use pool area and they were closing it down the rest of our stay. Didnt seem to care about the carpet. Third time staying there in less than 2 years. Will not book again.

Convenient location!
We had a noise problem with loud drunk people next door, but front desk took care of problem immediately. There is no housekeeping service, but staff was happy to provide anything needed, and they will do your laundry (towels). Very close to downtown shopping. It was so nice to have a condo - bedroom, bathroom, 2 sinks, living room, kitchen and balcony.

Below average stay
The hotel room was outdated. The bed was comfortable but we had plumbing issues. The toilet had a leak from the filler tube that kept the toilet running and subsequently ran onto the floor which we noticed in the middle of the night. Also someone must have removed the drain pipe from the kitchenet sink as when we drained the sink after washing the silverware in ran out the cabinet onto the floor. I attached the retainer ring and notified the front desk of the issues. They did not issue any comps for our inconvenience. The morning continental breakfast is packaged items that you take back to your room. There are waffles if you like something hot.

The unit and hotel was very clean. Staff was great. The unit could have had a few more plates, silverware and utensils. It was great to have a dishwasher but I had to do the dishes by hand daily since there was not enough plates. Overall though, I would recommend this facility.

Second time staying here. Check in service is great. The rooms are nice. However the breakfast is just ok and the rules are bring tray from room and bring food back to your room.

It's okay
The staff are friendly and check in was easy. Our room was two floors down from main floor and no elevator. So a real pain to carry luggage down two flights of stairs. The breakfast was grab and go back to your room so again, hard to carry to the room and it was a long walk so the only hot item they had (waffle) was cold when we got back to the room. The room was dated and could use a remodel. Skip the decorative pillows on the bed, no one wants these on the bed when they are sleeping, the decorative covers are not washed per each visit so not clean.

Needs some updates
Beautiful room overlooking the lake. Room had a musty smell, including the bedding. Bed wasn't comfortable, illows were flat. Breakfast was toast or muffins, coffee, pancake but was told you had to take back to your room No ice machines, but you could buy ice at the front desk

Too many stairs
Beds were comfortable and the place was clean. However, we had to go down three flights of stairs to get to the room - no elevator. Patio faced highway, so it was very noisy with the door open. Breakfast was provided, but was so bad that we went elsewhere for breakfast. We could hear people talking in the next room, almost well enough to understand what they were saying! Pool and hot tub were nice.

The room and view was absolutely gorgeous. The bed and furniture so comfy, the location to town for shopping and eating was perfect, and the hotel was super clean and employees were so kind and friendly. The main reason for the downgrade to good from excellent was that the rooms connecting were very loud. Every time the tub water ran or someone took a shower (10:30 p.m.), flushed a toilet or even walked (2 a.m.), we heard it all. It was a Tuesday night (not a weekend night). Not very quiet or restful in our opinion.
