I liked the place, the room was cleaned and comfortable, the pool wasn't so good though, it was in front of my room but it is small and the water was really cold, I think its location is the problem since it gets no much sunlight, as for the hotel location this is perfect, it's a few blocks away from Downtown, plenty of activities to do nearby. Nice place to stay at😄

We found the staff to be more than available to our needs. My wife asked for a hair dryer, iron and hangers for the closet and she was quickly answered with a smile and all were delivered in short order. The lady at the reception desk answered all of our inquiries with needed directness and honesty.

Un lugar lindo, Buena relación con el precio. Las personas muy amables. Es incómodo que no hay aire acondicionado y el baño necesitaba algo de mantenimiento por que tenía humedad. La alberca no estaba tan limpia y le faltaba mantenimiento, realmente no te puedes meter. El staff muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar.

En las fotos el lugar se ve mucho más bonito que como es. Se ve que si limpian pero no a fondo. Las cortinas tenían manchas de sangre, la regadera tenía insectos muertos y pelos, etc. el colchón tiene un plástico que hace ruido todo el tiempo y el ventilador en el techo no es suficiente para el calor. Las paredes tienen humedad. Si costará 400 pesos la noche sería un precio justo. El personal es muy amable.

Me gustó la ubicación y la comodidad de la cama. No me gustó que la alberca fue imposible de usarse, porque estaba muy sucia. Y lo lamenté mucho, pues esa fue la razón de decidirme por este hotel y no otro de precio y ubicación similares.
