This place costumer service is awful , will cancel your reservation if you don’t check in on time so if you flight is delayed which is out of your control you loose all your money . I paid for 5 nights and I called the hotel to notify them and they didn’t care and wouldn’t refund me my money . Expedia costumer service stated they should of not cancel my reservation .

Staff was really rude in person, before it i try contact them and they didnt answer the my phone call, they didnt reply my whats up.
Also when I arrive in the hotel they didnt answer any of my questions, and asked me to contact expedia to help me with everything. in the other words, or you book direct by their web site or they didnt support your. They dont care about customer satisfaction if you are a expedia customer

Absolutely the worst all-inclusive resort I have ever stayed in Mexico. I have never had such a bad experience. My girlfriend and I visited in early August 2021. For starters the place was udner staffed but given the nature of the pandemic it was understandable but regardless the staff was rude which is so different than the norm in mexcio. The buffets woom 30-60 mins every morning to enter for breakfast. The Food was rather cheap and low quality. The snack bars around the pools had the most horraneous options I ahve ever seen. There ould be giant tubs of pre-cooked chicken tenders that would just lay there all day until people ordered them. The drinks at this resort were beyond terrible. There was no premium liquor what so ever and all that the rest used was cheap local booze. They never measured their drinks which made the cocktails so strong it was unenjoyable. The rooms were the worst part of this all. The shower did not go past a luke warm heat, I woke up with bed bug bites almost every night, the cleanign service would only come clean the rooms once every two nights, there was no safe to lock your valuables up and the AC was broken so unless you left it at full blast it would be an incredibly loud noise that made it hard to sleep, so we went to bed in MEXICO with sweaters and sweat pants. Lastly, the beach was covered in algae. Please for the sake of your hard-earned dollar NEVER and I mean NEVER visit this resort. It was a great location 20 years ago but not anymore.

The pool and beach were very nice. We enjoyed the adult pools. The beds there were nice.
We were disappointed at most everything else.
- They were missing two toliet seats at a restroom.
-We waited approximately 2 hours to check in.
- All inclusive means that breakfast was included. We needed to spend approximately $700 more to include the other meals and drinks. I have never gone to an all-inclusive resort that just included breakfast.
-The bathroom had a frosted block wall between the toilet and the bed. I ended up using the restroom with the light out so the other person could see me.
- It states that refrigerator is stocked, but if you want more of anything you have to pay for room service to bring it. This includes water which is needed to brush with.
-Service was slow at all but one restaurant. The Italian restaurant had excellent service.
-The restaurants were out of ice most days.
-There was a sign saying that they were not responsible for theft and to use the safe. The safe did not have a lock and I heatd on our last day you had to go to the desk and buy a lock.

Terrible food, good service
Service is great, all the people are super kind and helpful. The common areas are fine, entertainment is fine, Pool is great, beach is great. But when it comes to food, please be advised that it is absolutely horrible, all of the restaurants are bad, but the buffet is the worst. So disgusting.

The hotel was beautiful & most of the staff was very friendly the others just rude. Food was not the greatest on this resort sadly because it was an all inclusive so I had to go out of the way to buy food elsewhere. Also the room keys barely worked I had to go to the front desk twice so they can switch me out new keys . But if you want a cheap relaxing trip to Cancun this is the place ! You get what you pay for !
