Would not come back
The property overall looked good, the bathroom in our room was dirty, nasty. Hairs on the bathroom floor, shower floor and walls. There was scum on all shower corners. That bathroom hasn’t been cleaned in a while. We arrived late at night and it was just one night stay, we would not come back. Breakfast was supposedly from 6-9 am, we went down at 8:40 and there was barely anything left, according to one of the employees, they don’t cook after 8:30am, so if the eggs are gone by 8:35 that is too bad.

I was standing there with everything on one arm, my right hand had surgery 2 wks prior and I was u able to put any weight on it or use it. Does the Bonvoy membership not cover early check in? Then my room - the lotion was half full and open. Not even the cap was cleaned off.

Weekend stay to visit family.
The hotel room was very spacious and comfortable for my wife and I. The bed was comfortable and the room itself was clean. The hotel overall is in nice conditions, there is a few areas that need upgrading but overall we had a very comfortable stay and would definitely be back in the future. Front desk personnel was also very friendly and helpful. Hotel was in a very good spot with convenient shipping and restaurants very close by.
