Very hot, no ac available and the fans are not very strong. Bathrooms are shared but I ddi not mind as everything else is it's own room. (Quite literally a university residence experience) However the stay was overall was very fair based on the price and towels could be replaced when asked. They also offer all basic showering amenities, so there is no need to bring your own. There is also luggage storage before or after check-in just in case you come early.

I stayed here for one night for Osheaga 2024. The rate was very reasonable considering the demand for accommodation during this weekend. Location was great, was within walking distance of major downtown attractions and the metro station. The staff were very kind, and check in and out was a breeze, even arriving late in the night. Room was clean and stocked, a good size for one traveller. Bathrooms are shared on each floor, but they were very clean. However, the lack of air conditioning was a deal breaker for me. It was unbearably hot. I woke up in a pool of sweat. I couldn't stay in the room long enough to do my makeup for the festival because the sweat was pouring down my face. They did provide 2 fans in the room which offered a bit of relief, but mostly just blew the hot air around. I would probably not stay here again solely based on the lack of A/C.

The staff were friendly. The facilities were old and in questionably shape. Overall the property was essentially on campus dorms that seem to lack maintenance and could use more through cleaning. Most unfortunately, there's no AC in the building, which made my stay unbearable and sleep almost impossible.

Reasonably priced but very hot in the room
The price was good but the lack of A/C was brutal in the 40 degree weather. This was the biggest downside by far. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable and room was a good size. Luckily they provided fans as well.

The property was advertised to have free parking. That is not the case. There is a massive parking lot on the property, but it was reserved for staff. Maybe 50 parking spots and none of them were being used. I felt insulted when I was told Id have to go searching for paid parking instead.

Never Again...
The rooms have no central air, they are incredible hot and stuffy, the shared dorm toilets were all clogged and nearly overflowing and not tended to the entire weekend. The costs were jacked up for Osheaga weekend. And I dont feel like i got any value for my dollar. I will never stay there by choice again.

Lovely stay once again! Accommodating staff. Great, simple facilities. A little warm but the fans helped! Close to many transit options, shopping, food, etc. I recommend it if you are ok with simpler accommodations!

8/10 Very Good

I stayed there for one night and found the staff to be welcoming and helpful. The location is excellent, right in the heart of downtown, and the room was very clean. However, I did encounter a problem: the room became quite warm during the summer, much warmer than the hallway. I wish there was air conditioning to address this issue. Overall, my experience was pleasant, despite the room temperature.
