Not worth the inexpensive price
We stayed overnight on a cross-country trip. We thought it would be good value as it was a casino. It was slightly cheaper than comparable.options, but not good value. The room smelled vaguely of smoke not because someone smoked in it but because the whole hotel.ss.thst way and has the room had no effective.ventilation. Ventilation, no, but a constant annoying hum as if there were ventilation, yes. Neither the showerhead nor the tub drain plug worked properly. The elevators are chipped and broken in such a way that I looks like someone had a fight in them. The staff were nice enough, but realize no matter how many times you have to enter and exit you must show your driver's license to get to your room. It wasn't anywhere near worth the $15 bucks or so you would save over a comparable corporate room in a nearby exurb. Leave this one for the gamblers.

Thanksgiving get away- first timer.
The place all looks a little worn. The food we thought was pretty good! No Fridge in our room- which we were surprised. TV was weird no guide. The bed not super comfortable. Almost all employees were nice. I found one housekeeper that I asked for a few more towels who was snarky because 'we weren't on her side to clean'. How would i know as she was the only one. We didn't need our room cleaned that day and I felt like I wasn't asking for much to get a few towels. We had to get our room door cards a few times due to outdated locks and handles on the door which disabled them. The person who checked us in was very sweet but not very good at what she was supposed to do. The employee didn't load my money on my card and I missed out on the new card point drawing for the first day. I had nothing to see in my account when I logged in the first day. I went to the players counter the next day which was too late. Could use another bar I thought seems like that was the place to be for the guests. Didn't notice many drink waiters but it could have been due to the holiday. Some of the Casino restrooms seemed a little beat up. I thought the machine choices for me were a little boring and were pretty tight both days we were there. Also noticed my email wasn't correct when I logged into my account at the kiosk onsite, I didn't fix it then. No need to fix it, not planning on coming back we've already decided. We experienced it, not super fans. Our stay was just all right, mediocre at best,

Great stay
The room was clean staff was all amazing seemed like they were happy to be there. The food court food all depends on the chef working. The first night was spectacular!! The second was good but not as amazing flavors of the previous day. The casino was clean and not too busy for early week travel so we could usually play whenever we wanted. Joe, nick, clete, and randy were great and had patience to help me learn. I know there were more but those guys really stood out in a good way!!!

Hotel is very nice, rooms good size and comfortable. Dog track was fun. Casino was small and a bit dirty. Food options not good on site in my opinion. No buffet to speak of, currently in the food court. Worst casino buffet I ever experienced. Everything else was very good.

Hotel Could Use Some Renovations
Overall not a bad place to stay for the price, convenient being on-site for casino and races. Rooms and floors need some renovations. Need to upgrade the furniture in the room. TV doesn't move or swivel. Should be mounted to the wall. Bathroom overall pretty nice compared to room. Friendly staff, would stay here again.

This is a combination casino, greyhound race track and sports betting venue. As far as the casino, it is still letting people smoke in it. The dogs did not run due to excessive heat warning.
