    Liked the location in regard to the event we were attending. Property is old with thin walls and we could hear people in the next room. Also, they left the bathroom fan running all night which was loud and very annoying.

    The location was great. Easy to find and basically on the main highway. The motel was very basic.My only problem with the facility was that the bed was not the most comfortable. It was good value for the price we paid.

    Arrived early room wasnt ready so paid fornwhat had originally planned for 2 nights and went to attractions came back at 8 30pm and when entered room had a horrible smell. Bathroom had someone elses pubic hair in the tuband on the side of tub and wall, tried calling other hotels in aread but they were completely booked. I was travelling with my 12yr old and she was exhausted so decided to stay the night only and ask for refund for additional night had paid for. Bed was horrible and uncomfortable with springs poking out. A bus arrived full of people at 11pm right outside our door were very loud and wok my daughter up. By this point i was fed up. Went to manager and complained told what haplened and the pubic hair. Said i wanted a refund for the following night ans that i was leaving asap and she could keep $ for tonite. She wrote down in her book that i was to be refunded tomorrow morning becuz they were closed for the night. And i would be contacted at the number i left. No one called me the next day when i called i was told the manager had left at 10am. She hadnt even bothered to reach out to me. Left my name ans contact number again. Same thing the next day. She never returned my call. I called again and no one bothered to answer. I emailed as well qnd no one responded. I have today lodged a complaint with the better business bureau. I will never go back there and have warned everyone i know about the poor quality of business practices and refusing to refund my stay!
