We recently stayed at Harrison Hot Springs Resort and had a mixed experience.
Whenever we book through Expedia or Hotels.com, we seem to be placed in the West Tower. Unfortunately, the West Tower is quite old, has a noticeable smell, and feels outdated compared to the rest of the resort. During our stay, a group of young guests in the suite next to us were extremely loud, shouting, banging on doors, and making noise until around 5:00 a.m. We were traveling with seniors in their 90s, so it made for a very difficult and uncomfortable night.

My biggest suggestion would be for the resort to renovate the West Tower. Even if room rates increase slightly, most guests would likely prefer a clean, modern, and comfortable environment rather than staying in an aging building. The difference between the two towers is significant.
Another idea would be to create separate areas that better suit different types of guests. Harrison attracts both families and younger groups looking for fun, as well as many seniors and people seeking a peaceful getaway. The resort could designate quieter sections or floors for guests looking to relax and rest, while accommodating more social groups in other areas.
