The hotel was clean. Staff was great. We were in the main hotel rooms. Needs updating. Our bed sucked I felt like we were sleeping on a sheet of plywood. We were a little disappointed hot springs wasn't very hot.

Rooms were clean, staffs were friendly, the recent addition of the air-con to the heritage building was really great. Amenities are over-rated and showing signs of major update needed soon. The staff Suji helped us to secure a queen size bed room as we checked in late and all the queen sized bedroom (within our price range) was all booked. This made a major difference for our elderly parents.

We were very happy with our choice to celebrate our 46th anniversary at the Harrison Hot Springs hotel. Our upgraded room overlooking the adults only warm pool was excellent !! The room was clean and comfortable with a mountain view balcony as well as comfortable queen bed!!

While we did stay in the older part of the hotel, the room was comfortable and set up well for our multi-day stay. There were a few quirks of the room that show its age: how close the bathroom door is to the toilet (would be hard to close the door if you had mobility problems), louder voices from other rooms would come through the vents and finally the experience of both hearing and likely making the floor creak as you walked on it. The hot spring experience was wonderful and we ended up going down to the hot springs and relaxing areas a few times throughout the day. The hot springs were a wonderful way to unwind during the evening.

We brought our family of 8 to celebrate our 60th anniversary. We enjoyed the combo in the Copper Room and dancing. The younger ones loved the water floats even on a cool day. Soaking in the hot tubs was relaxing. We had a bigger room where we could all congregate.

Charming town and beautiful view. This is a must if you want a great water park for kids. If you are looking for a spa experience, this is not it. The room was good. Clean. Not everything is in the rooms (robes) so you need to go ask and it can take awhile. Staff is friendly and efficient. Food took a very long time, even the waitress commented, but was delicious. Even with the signs for quiet this was a loud, obnoxious child centered water park. If you want to relax go to the lake and stay away from the pools in the resort.

The existing infrastructure requires an upgrade due to its suboptimal cost-effectiveness relative to the property's value. The outdoor pool necessitates more frequent cleaning due to its proximity to surrounding trees. The location is excellent. Service at one of the restaurants was notably slow, with a single sushi plate taking over an hour to be served, and the bill was presented prematurely, prior to my daughter completing her meal.

Hotel located next to the lake with great view, closer to a lot of hiking trails, water falls and camp ground. Hotel has nice nature hot springs but could feel crowed when visitors are more. Really fits to who likes nature with quiet quality time. Really small town so food choices are less, water activity only suitable for summer otherwise not much to do near hotel.

The pools, staff, and food were great. The rooms vary in quality depending on which wing you’re on. We went for a quick one night visit and stayed in the Heritage building and the room was not great. Some areas of the resort are quite nice while others needed to be renovated 20 years ago. We have enjoyed the resort many times over the years because the pool area is great and you can have a fantastic meal at the Copper Room. Just don’t expect luxury accommodations.

The pools were great and the staff was helpful. The room was clean but very basic. No fan in the bathroom, so steamy after showers. Had dinner in the Copper Room. Extremely elegant tables surrounding a dance floor with live music. Was thrilled to learn we could have dinner there and it wasn’t just set up for a formal event. Excellent service; pricey, but worth the vibe and ambiance. Enjoyable stay. The pools were the highlight.

They need to create /renovate so that families and single people or couples can have their own kind of relaxation at the resort. Too many kids screaming and running around in the hallways early in the morning. Very noisy! Couldn't sleep in at all. Staff were great and the hotel itself is very nice and ambient.

The mineral pools were beautifully designed to look and feel like natural springs. The hotel offered a very limited menu for their breakfast but there were many restaurants nearby to go to. The hotel really needs updating in the west wing, especially. The very old carpets didn't speak well to its reputation. The room looked like any plain motel room. There was no full length mirror, which was annoying. The small mirror in the bathroom was all there was. The west garden looked like it had been neglected for years, and the statues could use a good cleaning. But the staff really made up for it. Everyone we talked to was friendly and helpful. All in all, though, we enjoyed our weekend getaway. Harrison Hot springs has lots of great trails to explore.

Harrison Lake Resort has been on our bucket list for quite some time. The room was one of the highlights of our stay, clean, bright, comfortable, and well-maintained. We appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and the beautiful surroundings of the resort. Our main objective for the weekend was to relax and enjoy the pool facilities. Unfortunately, our first experience at the pool was disappointing. It was extremely busy and noisy, with several guests drinking and eating directly in the pool. At one point, there were even floating potato chips in the water, which took away from the overall experience. What was most concerning was the apparent lack of staff presence around the pool area. There seemed to be no one monitoring guest behavior or maintaining basic pool etiquette and cleanliness. A little more supervision and enforcement of the rules would have made a significant difference. While we enjoyed the room and were happy to finally visit a destination that had been on our bucket list, the pool experience fell short of our expectations. For us, it was a one-time experience.

We recently stayed at Harrison Hot Springs Resort and had a mixed experience. Whenever we book through Expedia or Hotels.com, we seem to be placed in the West Tower. Unfortunately, the West Tower is quite old, has a noticeable smell, and feels outdated compared to the rest of the resort. During our stay, a group of young guests in the suite next to us were extremely loud, shouting, banging on doors, and making noise until around 5:00 a.m. We were traveling with seniors in their 90s, so it made for a very difficult and uncomfortable night. After speaking with the front desk, we were moved to the East Tower, which was a huge improvement. The East Tower is newer, cleaner, quieter, and much more enjoyable. The staff were very helpful in resolving the issue, and we appreciated their assistance. My biggest suggestion would be for the resort to renovate the West Tower. Even if room rates increase slightly, most guests would likely prefer a clean, modern, and comfortable environment rather than staying in an aging building. The difference between the two towers is significant. Another idea would be to create separate areas that better suit different types of guests. Harrison attracts both families and younger groups looking for fun, as well as many seniors and people seeking a peaceful getaway. The resort could designate quieter sections or floors for guests looking to relax and rest, while accommodating more social groups in other areas. One other disappointment was the lack of late
