Das Personal war zu jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel war sauber die Zimmer auch. Was mir nicht so gefallen hat war, dass es keinen Hinweis gibt, dass man den Wellness Berich extra bezahlen muss. Our room on the 3rd floor was so hot that we couldn't sleep. Their is no air conditioning, no fan, and the windows only open a little way. Noise carries so rooms are not quiet either. Asked for a credit at checkout but did not even receive a response from the desk clerk. Would have appreciated standard toiletries being provided. The location is beautiful though.

Ich Persönlich würde dort keinen Urlaub mehr verbringen....Lage weit weg vom Schuss... 5-6 Häuser sonst nix..kein Restaurant kein Laden nix. In 16 Km Entfernung der Ort Frymburg...alles vorhanden. Ohne Auto ist man Aufgeschmissen. Was wir auch nicht wussten.....eine riesige BAUSTELLE vor dem Hoteleingang Richtung See....dort entsteht ein Wellnesstempel....ich denke mal dieses Bauvorhaben wird nicht vor ende Juni Abgeschlossen sein... Darüber wurden wir vorher in keinster weise Informiert...was uns sehr geärgert hat... mfg Jürgen u. Evi
