Upon arrival they had me double booked. I needed to spent over 30 minutes on chat with a hotels.com agent to confirm I only had 1 room booked and to get refunded for the extra room I never booked.
Even though I was exhausted after a day of travel, I was pleased that we got this resolved. And the hotel office gentleman was kind.
My second disappointment was there was no cleaning or maid service? During my 3 night stay, my room was never cleaned and even though after night two, I requested from the front desk for clean towels, I still had no house keeping service.
Upon asking the next morning, the front desk said he asked the cleaning to attend to my room, they checked iff that they did!?
So, unfortunately not the best experience.
