The heater did not work, the room was cold (luke warm) the whole stay. The toilet was tricky to flush, the toilet paper holder was broken and the floor outside the shower was buckled.

Staff at the front desk was very nice. TV in the room didn't work, nor did internet. My neighbor's TV apparently worked, and I could hear it extremely well late into the night (so, thin walls). Found broken glass on the floor and just barely managed to avoid stepping on it in my bare feet. I love a bargain, but even I will pay more next time.

Looked pretty sketchy from the parking lot. Cars up on blocks (long-term renters, maybe?), quite dark all around. I almost drove away. An envelope taped to the office door had my name on it, but the key was missing. A gentleman out having a cigarette said he worked there and went and found a key. Again, pretty sketchy…The room was fine, though. Very clean except for the floor, comfortable bed. There IS hot water, it just takes awhile. The traffic noise on the street in front was disruptive to my sleep, with sirens and racing motors. Overall it worked out okay.

There are cars on jacks and vehicles in various stages of disrepair, on old camper, unemptied trash, and buckets of cigarette butts. I arrived late and found people wandering around the broken cars and parking lot. As a solo female traveler, the whole thing was unsettling.

2/10 Poor

It was run down and the bed linens were old and appeared to be unwashed. I ended up sleeping on my 0-gravity chair which was going well until I was awakened by people talking outside at 1:00AM. I attempted to contact the front desk but it went to voice mail and the sign on the door insisted we call them for assistance. That pretty much sums up my experience.

I pulled into the parking lot- there were people that looked homeless standing about. A fight had just finished between 2 crackheads- ambulance came- people riding in the parking lot on four wheelers. I did not get out of my car- drove off- went to find another hotel! I call Expedia right away- they will. It give me my money back!

It wasn't anything the promotion said. No breakfast,.No coffee in the office just the in room coffee which must have been the cheapest coffee they could buy. It was on the nosiest street in town. Lots of LOUD traffic with lots of loud mufflers.

I’m quite shocked Expedia/the motel could set the price where they did. I suppose college town and price set against the much higher cost of the big chain hotels. Arrived mid afternoon and lobby door was locked and not said to call a number for assistance. Floor mat in front of door was dirty. And there was a large “hair ball” on the floor of the bathroom. Won’t stay here again.

great for an overnight stay while in transit
Arrived late (near midnight) and the office was closed. Our room key was in a sealed envelope on the door, and all was great. While the exterior of the hotel appears a old and perhaps sketchy, the room was large enough for easily two with luggage and very clean. We were very satisfied with our overnight stay.
