Avoid the place at all costs.
Awful experience from start to finish. We left the same day we checked in to move to another hotel near the airport. Broken toilet, that was never attempted to be fixed, and room was supposed to be ready for us prior to checkin with confirmation days prior. It wasn't. Front desk was simply unprofessional laughing casually with each other while ignoring my simple basic requests for a working toilet! We left and were told a refund would be initiated, but it never was! Avoid Avoid Avoid, as much better choices for lower price nearby!

I wouldn't reccomend it if you're trying to find a hotel with reliable transportation included. There is only one shuttle for all guests and if there is no more room for you, you have to wait more than an hour for another shuttle or pay for an uber/taxi. The room is okay for a night but getting there and trying to check in took so long that I don't think I'll ever stay here again.

The hotel is connected to a mall, which is nice if you need to do last minute shopping, however to get to the actual hotel you need to go through the mall or a store to get to the lobby I disliked this. No transportation available at the hotel or plaza before the plaza opens, the hotel has transportation from airport to hotel, horrible instructions I walked for 45m trying to find someone that worked for fiesta inn and when I finally found them they told me I had to wait another 1.30 hours for the buss to arrive, they also don’t have transportation available passed midnight until like 8 am, check in is self check in, wifi was poor. Not sure if I would ever stay at the hotel, too many inconveniences, it is also located 20m from the airport.

The property is convenient, mall attached to hotel, walkable property and safe. The unit walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors conversations clearly. Thankfully they weren't roudy but this can affect your sleep if you have inconsiderate guests next door. The hot water in the shower took a good 10 minutes before it heated up. I almost called the front desk to ask if they had hot water. Also, the hot and cold are reversed. Bef was comfortable and place was clean. The heavy set girl at check in could be more welcoming. She didn't even break a smile. Granted she had a mask on but you know when someone is just not pleasant.

Fiesta Inn YA NO ES DIGNO DE SU MARCA !
Resulta que aparte el lugar equivocado en Fiesta Inn pensando estaba cerca del estadio GNP por una confusion para asistir al concierto de Shakira. YA NO PUDIMOS LLEGAR AL APARTADO y tuvimos que rentar en el FIESTA INN AEROPUERTO y esta experiencia fue pesima en cuanto la demora para hacer check-in lo cual ocasiono ya no se pudiera llegar al concierto, la habitacion cosyo 3500 pesos y estaba sucia y en estado de descuido, la comida del desayuno siendo los segundos en llegar a el estaba fria y de tan mala calidad que hasta salmolinosis nos dio !!!! Quiero UN REEMBOLSO POR AMBAS HABITACIONES !
