The place has a mix decor bringing both history and trendiness to it. it gives you a vibe of a bohemian hotel that has lived its live fully. every collaborator was extremely helpful and super nice! its definitely a hidden gem you must try!

Nicole, the receptionist / manager was very helpful in every way. The fact that she spoke English was also helpful because my Portuguese is still limited. The breakfast was very good and the furniture and environment reflected well in the hotel's historical restoration. The room I had was spacious and also the bathroom. I really can't think of anything negative except for the bathroom cold water faucet took effort to close all the way and leaked a little bit. The windows took some effort to close but that's understandable because they are original.

Infelizmente, me decepcionei quanto ao estacionamento. Cita como privado. Fechei a reserva, mas quando do checkin me cobraram $40,00, não gostei. No mais td bem. Por favor orientem a cozinha, pedi um prato com picanha, embora eu tenho comido, a picanha veio dois pedaços, o maiozinho estava muito dura. Comi cortando muito bem (picando). Não reclamei na hora, mas, gente nem o corte da faca a picanha aceitava.

Excelente atendimento - funcionários incrivelmente educados. Quarto limpo e confortável. Café da manhã delicioso, variado e com boa apresentação (eles capricham nos detalhes) - a torta banoffee estava divina. No jantar pedimos lanche e um prato com carne (não me recordo qual). O hambúrguer estava excelente, porém a carne não atendeu a expectativa. O frigobar do quarto que ficamos precisa de um ajuste, pois o motor fazia muito barulho.
