Infelizmente a experiência não foi positiva, o serviço de limpeza não preparou o quarto adequadamente, havia cabelos no quarto e no banheiro e mofo nas paredes, e o ralo da pia estava meio entupido, pois a água demorava a escoar. Café da manhã bem simples, nem pão de queijo não tinha. Pelo menos a pressão do chuveiro era mto boa.

Quarto antigo, com forte odor sempre, mesmo após as limpezas do serviço de quarto. Cheio de baratas, ar condicionado barulhento e localizado por trás das cortinas impedindo a circulação devida de ar, sem telefone no quarto, televisão sem som nos canais.

Esse hotel é uma roleta russa vc nunca sabe a surpresa que vai ter, em janeiro fiquei num quarto ótimo no sétimo andar , em março no 12° andar a qualidade diminui muito, recentemente no 9° andar o quanto com cheiro de novo ar condicionado não funciona e só no vento com um barulho que treme todo quarto. Horrível pq todos tem a mesma categoria na hora de reservar e ao chegar vc tem essa surpresa de pegar um quarto horrível como esses e alegam que não podem fazer nada pq ta cheio ..ninguém veio ver o ar ..nada .

Hotel antigo, estacionamento informaram que fica 100 metros do local mas não fica, fica mais longe, é pago por fora e o manobrista so pode pegar até as 22:00, e as vezes não estava lá. Tivemos que ir buscar e é longe sim. O nosso quarto o banheiro já tinha papel usado e o ralo estava solto e sujo.

Os quartos não tem nada a ver com as fotos. Todos tem mofo nas paredes, muito bolor. Dizem que possui estacionamento e é MENTIRA! O estacionamento que possuem parceria é pago e LONGE!!!!! 50 reais por dia. Dizem que possui secador, outra mentira! Em baixo das camas estava NOJENTO!!! Acredito que nunca limparam! Café da manha: pessimo, a única opção de suco é um suco de saquinho em pó extremamente aguado. As recepcionistas grosseiras Elevadores precisamos esperar mais de 10 minutos, elevadores velhos e sem informação de manutencao. Todas as vezes que sair precisará pegar fila na recepcao para autenticar o cartão de entrar no quarto novamente.
