You get quite a lot for your money. The location is excellent (and even super convenient comign in from JFK by subway). Breakfast is a standout: great value and best espresso coffee in the city. Only niggle is they don't give you a kettle and a teabag at US$4 feels pretty stingy given the roomrate. Rooms also need some maintenance on things like USB plugs and buttons for the (powered) blinds.

I had a wonderful stay here! The staff were absolutely amazing, so friendly, helpful, and attentive. The room was small, but very comfortable and convenient, and the location was excellent. No extra amenities beside the very basic. The lobby had a great vibe and was a lovely place to relax. I especially loved the fact that guests had access to cold water and seltzer on tap at all times - such a thoughtful and convenient touch. The breakfast was basic but fresh and good value for money. I would have loved a bit more variety or for the selection to change from day to day, but overall, it was absolutely worth it. I would definitely stay here again!

Really nice hotel in a very convenient location. There is a welcoming and warm feeling as soon as you walk in from the street, and that carries through to the restaurant, cafe, bar and rooms. The level of detail is high, with a cosy living room vibe in the main lobby, a functional gym space and a rooftop bar. Rooms are very functional and comfortable. Will come back.
