The check in worker I believe named Naomi was going through HELL while we were checking in, a guest arguing over the price, trying to negotiate, asking for manager numbers and etcetera. But she was a very kind and acted very reasonably in the situation thrusted upon her by the unruly guest.
The stay itself was nice, only complaints was that upon entering the room it already smelled faintly of cigarettes, the sink seemed to be leaking water from the pipe below it, and the shower would get water everywhere defeating the purpose of the extra towels in the room.
Also the pool closed early on Saturday at 8pm, the day after our long excursion in which we wanted to take a load off and relax in the pool. When on Friday it was 9, hut they at least offered us to stay in it until 8:30.. so that was nice.
The stay was at least a decent price, about $200 for 4 people for 2 nights.
