We had a lovely stay here for our 3 year anniversary, the rooms are cosy and the decor is lovely, the additional touches like the free snacks and drinks were also really appreciated, as well as this the small personal touches for our anniversary were really nice, making you feel important and valued rather than just another “guest”. Super convenient location near St. Pancras
The service was outstanding. The only issue I encountered was random, and the manager (Yanis) responded faster than I would have expected. Immediately in fact. Great location near St. Pancras station, and walking distance to great areas. Also, the hotel provided many “extras” that went above and beyond what I expected. I would absolutely stay here again.

The rooms are tiny, and they are a little tatty in terms of decor, but then its a great location and you can get a good price if you book early. They also give you loads of complimentary snacks and drinks - plus when I walked into the room I had a little gift on the bed
