Nice Place in Gramado and Close to Canela
Very nice location out of the way tucked at the end of a quiet neighborhood street. Clean, excellent staff, good breakfast, TV could use a better signal but who is going to watch TV! I give the room comfort an OK but only because it needs better heating. We had an electric radiator heater which is not quite good enough. The beds are heated but if you have to get up to use the restroom in the middle of the night it's cold outside the bed. Other then that the room is quite good and pleasing. WiFi is good too and it's free. The staff really makes you feel at home and is very nice. I will certainly stay there again and would certainly recommend to anyone. Gramado and Canela are very different from the rest of Brasil, cars actually wait for pedestrians to cross the street, imagine that! There are also no stop signs so it's very nice place to visit and get away from the hustle and bustle of most Brasilian metro areas.

Custo x Benefício não compensa!
Os quartos da pousada são novos e confortáveis, mas notamos alguns problemas que não condizem com o valor cobrado, tais como: a) barulho: você ouve toda a movimentação/conversa da recepção no quarto; b) aquecimento: o quarto não possui calefação (somente um aquecedor elétrico); c) taxas elevada por pets; d) café-da-manhã: normal, não condizente com o valor. Sinceramente, é um quarto confortável e novo, mas não espere muito. Pelo preço considero que existem opções melhores na cidade.
