Excellent Hotel Excellent Customer Service
Stayed 17 to 21 Nov on 11th floor. Great hotel and excellent customer service from all customer facing staff. My room needs a refresh though as room was a bit worn , some wood varnish , a lick of paint perhaps but after I stayed the first evening it felt like home. The staff are excellent and genuinely friendly and hardworking and I recommend you use their rooftop bar- fabulous views and the food is of high quality and very affordable - I dined there every night. My only ONE negative point is my booking came with an in-room safe but there was none when I checked in. After I rang reception they said the room came with no safe but when I explained I booked with one, she promptly sent a maintenance manager and two other people carrying a safe to my room. It wasn’t secured to anything but I used it to store my papers etc. my only suggestion is for the hotel to permanently screw in the safe to the furniture. To get around Cebu use the Grab taxi app or ask concierge and they will flag a car for you. The breakfasts were great. I will stay at the hotel again if I revisit Cebu . I’m giving them 9/10 - knocking off 1 point for the issue at check in with the lack of a Safe which should have been there as per my booking.
