The place is situated near Arc triumph near metro station. Near have supermarkets, restaurant and everything You need. The place is mall, bathroom is mall to, stairs are small and on curve but have and old lift. Internet conexión internet My first room doesnt existe, then they change me and was good. Place is very clean people are happy to help and solve.

Great location and good value
Very pleasant hotel near Arc d’ Triomphe. We wanted a comfortable, clean place at a good location and this hotel is exactly that. No lobby to lounge in and no restaurant but plenty of restaurants and a great bakery nearby. Desk staff was extremely helpful. Will stay here again.

Hotel staff double charged city tax. When I confronted them they charged me tax on top of per room per night plus tax estimation per hotel.com. Staff got very emotional. He claimed the tax per Hotel.com are paid to Expedia which is a lie. First night first stop of me and my two young kids Europe trip. I don't want to risk any things. I have travelled to more than 30 countries. First time ever this happened to me. Be aware!!!

Our room was very clean & quiet. The hotel is so close to the Metro station & Champ Elysee. There are many restaurants and grocery stores near by. I was able to find a self laundry store nearby for our laundry need. That was a plus. I enjoyed my french breakfast at the nearby restaurant with a view of Arc De Triomphe while waiting for my laundry, so thankful!

The location is good because it is very near the Arc de Triomphe and the Metro Train Station and accessible to the shopping areas and dining places. However, the facility of the hotel like the shower head (leaking) and toilet seat kept on slipping, were not at all repaired. the staff were very helpful especially the front desk but maintenance of the facility leaves much to be desired.

Great location with 3 metro stations very close. Lots of options to eat, and 2 supermarkets just steps away. Shopping area, very close to arc de thriomphe. All the receptionists were very nice. Comfortable room with a great size bathroom. Would stay there again no doubt.

The hotel was a small house that had been converted into an establishment. The rooms were very cramped, and the elevator is old and small, accommodating only one person and a small suitcase. Since I had two regular suitcases, I had to take the stairs to reach the tiny room. The bedding was dirty, and there was no outlet in the room to charge my cell phone; the only outlet was in the bathroom. After checking in, I decided to check out just 30 minutes later and move to a different hotel, as I didn't feel comfortable staying there. I would never recommend the Hotel Riviera to anyone in the future.

The property is at a good location, easy walk to the Arc de Triumph. The room was tiny, and the shower had a high step, a little nervous when stepping down. The bathroom was right the bed. Staff was pleasant enough. I reminded me more of a hostel than a hotel, not worth the price.

I had a great experience in this hotel, it’s 3 minute walking to the arc triomphi, 27 min walking to Eiffel Tower. Very clean and great customer service, nice restaurant around it and Aldi grocery shop is like 4 min walking.

Good location, good space
The hotel was in a great location-- you can see the Arc de Triomphe when you are at the front door, essentially. We had a room with a twin bed and a double (or queen?) bed. The room itself was relatively spacious (more so than a previous hotel we stayed at in Paris a few days prior). It was nicely decorated and clean. We were not thrilled by the lack of shower curtain, which I think is somewhat typical in Europe. But the tub had space to set things down within reach, which was nice (and different from a couple prior hotels where we stayed during the trip). The condition was ok, though things were a little outdated. I found the small, old fashioned elevator to be quite charming.
