What a gorgeous apartment, I have stayed at the guest house several times before and always had a great room. This time we stayed in the traditional apartment which was absolutely stunning, the comfiest bed and even a private garden. The guest house is on a bus route so very easy to access Bushey train station or Watford giving you easy access to London in just 20 minutes. I would highly recommend and have already booked again.

The room was very clean and nicely furnished. The bed was also very comfortable. Rooms small but as expected for price. Parking available on the road right opposite the property which is handy, though road is quite busy so it can be a bit challenging getting parked. One big complaints was that walls very thin and doors slammed and locks were very noisy. It was hard to sleep. Shower also was on a sloped ceiling and if you're over 5ft 8 you won't fit.

This was a 1-night stay for work. The off-street parking mentioned is not plentiful, so I parked in a council car park about a 3 minute walk away, which you have to pay for between 8am and 6pm. The venue is on a fairly busy main road and I was in Bedroom 2 at the front of the premises. When large vehicle went past the window rattled. Also during my stay the road was being resurfaced between 8pm and 5am, so I did not get much sleep. 3 Bedrooms share one small bathroom. TV in room was great, I could not get onto the WiFi using the code provided. For what this was it was expensive.

Great little place to stay. There was free parking on the road opposite which was handy. The room was very clean, and the owners were friendly. Check-in was easy and quick. For the price, I would definitely stay here again. It also had a air-conditioning unit/heater as in the photo which I appreciated.

The room was clean and tidy and fitted with a comfortable bed and TV. The only issues I found were the WiFi didn't work on the night I was there (likely a temporary issue which may have been easily resolved and didn't bother me as I was only staying to sleep) plus the whole building lightly shook any time a lorry or other large vehicle went past. There were roadworks being completed nearby the night i was there, so I don't know whether that made any difference, but it's certainly something to be aware of. Also, there is parking across the road from the house on quite a busy road, so it may depend on various factors in terms of whether it's possible to park nearby. It's a solid choice for a temporary stay, though, and I'm sure other people will have a better experience than I did.

A work in progress when we visited we would otherwise have given 5 stars all the way. We were made to feel very welcome and we were upgraded. We had a shared bathroom but it wasn't a problem at all. Parking was directly outside. Incredible value for the price we paid. There are places to eat within easy walking distance, I recommend the Ceylon Lounge which is an Italian/Sri Lanka restaurant close by.
