Keren on front desk was super kind and courteous. Gave me and my disabled mother the new room. Loved the room but one thing that needs addressing is the shower which has no power ... like showering under a tap. Apart from that lovely room

Toilet does not flush properly. No washcloths, no refrigerator, no microwave. Room service was very poor. After paying for breakfast for four days, I have to go through embarrassments every morning before I could eat. Hotel staff generally were very unfriendly and unprofessional. This is not the Holiday Inn that I know. Terrible experience. May be this is how London hotels are, I don't know.

Lovely staff and hotel, great location for us!! The only one niggle is the room was far too hot, couldn’t turn the heat down and air con was really noisy, couldn’t be left on and sleep. Apart from that great stay. Many thanks

Just turn down the heating. Everyone had their windows open because the rooms were like saunas and we stayed in January. Quite a poor night’s sleep which was a shame because the bed was comfy. Friendly staff but they could do nothing about the heating.

Staff were friendly and helpful, the room a good size and had a very comfortable bed. The condition of the bathroom was ‘tired’and although booked the room for wheelchair access, it was not clear that the shower was over the bath and not a walk in cubicle, as with other Holiday Inns. Staff were helpful and offered use of the communal shower. At breakfast we were told this was not included in our room rate so had to produce out booking to prove we had pre- paid. In all, this was below the usual standard of Holiday Inn, a budget experience with mid-range price tag.
