Self service breakfast, rarely ready at stated times, served in an ice cold room, main heating switched off, 2 portable heaters if someone remembers. Luke Warm Buffet" eggs cooked 30 mins laid on a tray, no food served at minimum Food safety Temperature of 63C. No food cooked fresh. Cold plates, ice cold coffee cups, so yr food and drink is lyke warn before you start. Fine dining, a feature if you can get dinner, has "Beef Burger" as the first Main Course!
This is NOT Fine dining, as the reputation it had for Manyyears.
Rooms are drafty, 2-3 mins cleaning if you are lucky *Not Covid enhanced at all, nor in Public, dining or bar areas, (that is a false claim)
Roof leaking all through building and kitchen
Dreary, staff unhappy, unmotivated, a shadow of what it was. Bring yr own food for pm and eve if you want to eat!
Very poor overall, sadly i would have to say avoid, it is dropped below a level of basic hygiene, safety of food, service, and cleaning. No local diners or support, they dont go anymore.Has a dire reputation locally, and most would not return who stay i heard.
