The room was clean, big and stocked with whatever we’d need for our stay (including K cups and toiletries). Would absolutely stay again!

Great stay! Loved how close everything was! We have a big family 2 adults and 4 kids and there was plenty of space for all of us without feeling crammed! Definitely would stay here again

It was located very close to MSG. I expected a bit more for the price but it seems all the hotels raise prices during a big concert series at MSG.

Traveled with family, this hotel was a great place to stay for us. Affordable option that was comfortable and within walking distance of plenty of restaurants, sights and subway entrance.

A pretty decent hotel for the price point. The room was clean and staff were very attentive and customer service was great.

It was okay for the price and the location. Rooms were good. The elevator and lobby could be better.

8/10 Very good

Great location and the hotel is pretty clean. We never got any washcloths and it doesn’t appear that they offer them. The rooms look like they could use a little bit of an upgrade but for the price I think everything is fair.

We had a great stay here. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was great. We asked for just two double beds and we ended up with bunk beds too so it was a huge room just for two ppl. The only thing I wasn’t comfortable with was that if you need them to hold your luggage or bags they don’t have a secure place for it. No lock or anything. If your items go missing it’s not their responsibility. Anyone can just walk in there and grab any bag.

Great location near Penn Station, room was clean and very comfortable bed. Only minor annoyance was that the air conditioning unit was very noisy and that the control panel on the wall didn't seem to function properly. It was either off or full on.

Booked this hotel for one night after a concert at Madison Square Garden. Great location to the venue for the price - only a couple minute walk to the venue and Penn Station. Was able to walk to Times Square after check-out before catching train home.

I went with my kids and it was great for the price and the location. The room was always clean when we got back, and there is police station close, so we felt safe even though there are some inconveniences on the street. We liked it.
