We arrived at 11 pm ( I had sent a message to the hotel letting them know) and no one was at the front desk. We had to look for someone to check us in all over, knocking on doors hoping to find someone to help us. It took more than 20 minutes for someone to help us check in. We didn’t hear an apology or any kind of explanation, not polite at all.

Nice hotel but needs deep cleaning.
The rooms were spacious and very quiet at night. Bed was comfortable. The hotel is nice but definitely needs a DEEP and thorough cleaning. Carpets in the hotel are very stained. A lot of debris on carpet and tiled area. Black mold growing in shower stall. The chair in our room was disgusting and we could not sit or place anything on it.
