After a two-week journey through Germany, my wife and I chose The Florentin by Althoff Collection as our final stop before returning home to New York—and it was the perfect choice. You can tell that the hotel is very new and has only recently opened. While a few processes are still settling in, the team never lets this show. From the moment you enter the hotel, you’re met with genuine warmth, professionalism, and heartfelt hospitality. A special highlight was our dinner at The Garden Restaurant. The passion and dedication of the staff turned our evening into an unforgettable experience and a beautiful way to end our trip. An elegant, welcoming hotel with a team that truly cares—we would happily return.

Meine Frau und ich waren gemeinsam mit unseren beiden Töchtern zu Gast in The Florentin by Althoff Collection. Als frühere regelmäßige Gäste der Villa Kennedy waren wir besonders gespannt auf das neue Haus – und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Ein wirklich sehr schönes Hotel, das Eleganz und moderne Atmosphäre hervorragend verbindet. Ein großes Dankeschön gilt dem Spa-Team für die wohltuende Paar-Massage. Ebenso möchten wir das Concierge-Team hervorheben, das es geschafft hat, ganz kurzfristig eine liebevolle Kinderbetreuung für unsere beiden Töchter zu organisieren. Dieser Service und diese Flexibilität sind nicht selbstverständlich und haben uns sehr beeindruckt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und werden bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Frankfurt ganz sicher wieder dieses Hotel wählen.
