Dissatisfied
We can start with the owner….at no point did the owner even once say hello. Me and my friend been at this hotel four times for the year already and were planning on returning but the overall experience was not good. Cushion were changed for the chair at the end of the night and next was still not replaced but piled up in the restaurant, a total sore eye, especially knowing that was our usual place to eat. No upgrades in the rooms. We were originally placed in two rooms where dirty towels were on the bed as if the rooms were not prepared or inspected before the guests could stay. Horrible on the part of the front desk clerk who should have ensured the rooms were in proper order. Telling us no more rooms are available but after we complained, two other rooms miraculously appeared. Water leaking into the room after it rained, not so bad but that could cause a slippery situation if not addressed. Everytime we go there, a downstairs bar is there but never available for service. A pool that is not readily available for use. What is going on. Is this a business that needs better management or need to be passed on to someone else. I plan to be in Sosua in later months but Terra linda would not be the place to stay. What waste of a great setting.
