Great!
Very clean. Breakfast, coffee and wine hours were good and all held outdoors on their terrace. AC and fan in our room. Free bike, beach chair/umbrella/cooler box rentals. Outdoor showers. Cross the street to the beach. Free parking. Photo: Sunset view from terrace.

Ok....but.....
Our Trip was an impulsive get away, just an overnight. Everything was wonderful then the banging started and didnt end until 9:30 pm. Sounds like they were remodeling the room that shared our wall with the headboard. Very nice just dont go when they are remodeling.

Living in the Present of Victorian Days
It was a special place to visit and stay. Most historic and lovely. What a lovely, delicious breakfast served both days we stayed there and the Afternoon Tea followed by a Happy Hour was simply delightful. We regard this place as quite unique and reflective of Cape May's Victorian heritage.

Awesome place to chill
The food in this place is divine. Beyond multi-course made from scratch breakfasts, the hotel offers near continual supplies of coffee, flavored water, and high quality tea. Their "wine and cheese" offerings actually could pass for a light meal, as they include a full antipasto spread and in one evening threw in pasta with meat sauce just because. Tea hour comes with multiple fresh baked offerings. The hotel staff were especially kind to include delicious gluten free offerings for me at each event. Tina is a particular credit to this establishment.

A perfect Getaway at Angel of the Sea!
This B & B is a hidden gem. It has more amenities than any B & B that we have enjoyed. Afternoon tea and sweets w ample sweets, not just a few cookies. Wine and cheese had an ample selection of cheeses, olives, pickles, meats and a variety of wines. Breakfast included a choice of 3 entrees plus oatmeal, cereal, bagels, fresh fruits, toast, juices...wonderful. Free use of bikes, well appointed rooms, comfortable beds and impeccable cleanliness throughout. The staff were professional and welcoming. We will def be back!

Can’t wait to go back
Loved the happy hour of wine and goodies served every night from 5-7. The served breakfast in the morning was elegant and delicious. Our room with a king size bed was very comfortable. This house is 170 years old and decorated as if it might have looked from the 1850’s. Lots of history about the house available. The staff was friendly and helpful and will definitely stay here again! There are 26 other rooms, all with different decor to checkout.

Victorian Holiday
Grand old Victorian place -- decorated very nicely for the holidays.

Stay for the service and breakfast.
You get what you’d expect staying in a 169 year old house. Smaller room, bathroom, inconsistent heating, steel narrow staircase. The house is clean and well maintained. What makes Angel of the Sea exceptional is the service and the food. Breakfast was fantastic followed by coffee and sweats and then at 5:30 wine, cheese, meats, etc. Super friendly and accommodating staff makes the stay a pleasure.

Charming Christmas Time Stay in Cape May
Charming Victorian bed and breakfast. Afternoon coffee/tea and fresh baked treats and evening wine served with an array of hot and cold appetizers were very nice. Breakfast was very good with a choice of entrees along with fresh fruit and selection of other goods. Common area was cozy and quaint. There are two building and three floors, no elevator service, so choose your room based on where you would like to be. Overall, I would recommend this bed and breakfast for a charming Cape May experience.
