Location is great and the room was so cute. They were also really clean. The main inconvenience was the elevator system. There would be long waits to get back to the room/floor, which can be difficult if you have reservations or time scheduled things to attend to. Staff had a couple of hiccups when we checked in but I thought maybe it was newer staff member helping assisting us.

My room was extremely small and the elevators were an inconvenience. Otherwise, the hotel is in the perfect location, the staff were TOP TIER, and valet parking was available! Also, there is a restaurant in the same building and the food was a 10/10. I would stay here again, but in a bigger room.

Convenient location in midtown right near Times Square. TINY rooms if you need two beds no table apace, no place to put a suitcase none of that is a dealbreaker, but the elevator situation was horrendous. Like many newer buildings, you have to select your floor and the elevator is supposed to bring you to that floor. However, the four elevators were rarely all working and they took FOREVER to arrive. If you choose to stay at Voco, plan 15 minutes minimum regardless of whether you are going up or down. AND, if you choose to take the stairs, be aware, that only one set will allow you to exit on floor 2 ( restaurant) or the lobby.

The staff, location, and comfort were amazing! Very nice helpful people. I went to the gym multiple times for about 30 minutes and each time an employee came in to wipe everything down and clean the bathroom. I really liked being able to watch what was happening in times square from the room and we were central and within walking distance go nearly everything. The restaurant on site was delicious and the bartender was very kind and helpful. My only complaint was the floor in my room had strands of hair in multiple places. Who ever cleaned my room did not clean the space between the window and bed and the bathroom needed better hair clean up also. The other complaint is the elevator. Very cool system but one day i was standing and waiting for literally 10 minutes. Overall, I would stay here again.

This hotel has potential, but some design features are poor based on the small space and the building is not DONE so make sure to ask if its done before your stay. I was taken on elevator rides to a side lobby that was incomplete and locked. Scary. I was taken to the Rooftop Bar that was is also not complete yet. There is not one ounce of counter space in your room, the bathrooms or at the lobby desks, I found this such a poor design flaw. We were on the 27th floor and the windows just opened with ease. NO LOCKS. Handles at child reach height to open. Where this hotel made up for a lot was really nice diverse staff. Keep that up! The beds were comfortable, the linens were nice, they are making good environmental choices, but would I stay again, I don't think so.

The room with the double beds is small. However still has the ammenities in room. Updated bathroom. The hotel has a restaurant in the 2nd floor which was nice. The hotel does have parking at a nearby garage two blocks away, however we had to use and find another garage close by due to the garage the hotel goes through not being accessible. Overall everything worked out and we had a nice stay.

Stayed here for a quick overnight to see a couple shows with my Mom. We got a great rate, but we literally just slept here and for our purposes, it could not have been better. Small room, but I think unless you go crazy big budget, it’s comparable to all the other NYC hotels we’ve stayed at. Location is amazing for the theater, and it was very clean. Staff were very kind and I would 10/10 recommend for a really great location and place to sleep.
