Okay stay for a family of 4 + 1 baby
The trip did not start well due to Hotels.com's confusing search function. It uses "rooms" as searching criteria so if you are looking for 2 rooms, and search for 2 rooms, even though you pick ONE villa with 2 rooms, you end up booking for 2 villas which is what happened to us.
The hotel was kind enough to refund 3 nights out of 5 when we realised this upon checking in.
The stay was okay. There is no restaurant onsite which was a bit boring in the end given the limited menu for 5 nights. You have to book everything (housekeeping, food tray clearing etc) via an app - your selected slot not guaranteed. The communication on the app also became a bit frustrating as hiccup happened (housekeeping did not show, or show at the wrong time when baby was napping). The staff were pleasant and always smiley though which helps.
In hindsight we probably would have preferred somewhere on the beach front so it gives some variety of exposures (we were travelling with a baby and could not do much otherwise).
