Kept having to kill these bugs at least 3-4 of them when I mentioned to the front desk staff at checkout that my room appears to have some kind of wasp nest maybe in the vents and I showed her the picture I took of one of the wasp she didn’t offer any compensation

New Marriott property in De Soto, Texas
The stay itself was good, but one thing that needs to be addressed is the checking in process it was lengthy and it could’ve been done a lot quicker, and the person that checked me in wasn’t a tentative and acknowledging me as a guest as I was waiting not accustomed to that type of service and then secondly in the room, there was two issues one the lamp on the right side of the bed fell that was melted on the wall, which I thought was cheaply mounted and then also the foot rest or sitting bench in the shower. I had stepped on it just to wash my leg and it broke once again cheaply put together, but other than that, the hotel is brand new, and the breakfast was below average the eggs wasn’t fresh But other than that, my experience was OK.
