I am booking again for January
Friendly & helpful staff. Location was perfect. I walked everywhere, even though the bus & tram goes immediately past the hotel front door. Room was small, but comfortable. Inside shutters were great for blocking light. In-room safe is small. Great for passport & cash. Comfortable bed. No coffee maker, but coffee shop less than 1 block.

Great room and beautiful hotel, but as soon as you come out of hotel the smell of urine hits you. I would expect the hotel to care enough to clean the property around them, even if not theirs because it's about them making a good impression on their guests. Beware of the noise coming from pink street. Also, dropping off of bags is extremely difficult, if you have to make more than one trip to the car.

We stayed at the LX Boutique hotel from September 7-10 as our last leg of our Portugal trip. We were well aware of the noise warning and true to those reviews, it is a noisy night being right on Pink Street. The hotel provided ear plugs which helped and were appreciated. Otherwise the hotel has friendly, helpful staff and the rooms are really nice and clean. The location is excellent, right by the ocean and very walkable neighborhood for food and sightseeing. I would recommend if you are aware and OK with the noise!

Great location in the heart of Lisbon near Pink Street. However given that it is close to pink street, it was noisy at night and I could hear music even through the ear plugs the hotel provided. The bathroom was separated from the bedroom by glass with an opaque cling film, which was not ideal as I was travelling with a friend. The bathroom was also covered in head to toe woven plastic material, even in the shower, which I can’t imagine is able to be properly cleaned. Overall I would stay elsewhere next time.
