Poor seevice, rude staff from reception to breakfast they have poor customer seevice. Room has army of cockroaches and they refused to change the room. I would have given this 5 stars if not for the property not accepting credit card payments (only cash and GCash!) and the kitchen not having a microwave oven. I love that the family suite we got was very spacious. The staff was very nice and helpful. Although the surrounding areas can get flooded, the overall vicinity (being near Okada and MOA) is nice and I suppose, safe as well. The pool was nice as well and the cafe good as well. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family.
