The location is very convenient. It is right across from SM Southmall. The bathrooms are not designed well. The standard room shower area has no curtains or barrier and the floor gets flooded. The suite room bathrooms tubs are elevated and makes it difficult and unsafe to get in and out. The bathroom tubs also do not drain well and makes it difficult for guests to take showers after another person just finished taking a shower.

Im not comfortable to used there beds/matress.
Will the service was very good specially the people in reception. My concern is there bed was not comfortable and also the bed sheet and blanket are all old and grayish.. Towels are not good and its very old as well

Staff were so approachable and friendly. The lounge were always clean and my child loves to stay there. The room were worth the amount that i paid. My son enjoyed his bubble bath. Will definitely will get eurotel my next holiday again
