The room was old and stinks of bad cigarette.. the air conditioner was too noisy and smell just wouldn’t go away .. I called front desk and told them about the smell and they sent someone up to spray the room .. I was hoping that I would get used to the smell after a while but no it was quite bad ... the bed was too hard as well .. it was a pretty disappointing stay.

Not very nice to make negative comments on a hotel in such difficult time... To start, I asked 48h before arriving to get a room with a king size bed. The hotel informed me that it would be subject to availabilities upon arrival. We so arrived at 4pm for the check in in 3/09 but none was available. So they upgraded us to a higher floor but we did not get that much choice anyway. Secondly the biggest disappointment was the pool. First we got informed that the pool would be closed on Sunday for maintenance from 10.00 am to 1 pm while I also sent a message 2 days before coming to make sure that the pool was well opened during our venue. The Hotel answered that yes by giving me the opening hours. So it was quite a bad surprise to hear that. So we got an early check out at 3pm but the idea about not going to the pool as we wanted was such a disappointment. We then went to our room: decent size and finally one of the 2 twins bed were big enough for 2 people. We got a paper that the pool was closed the day after not for maintenance but for a private event. Arriving at the pool, what a bad surprise to see than only 4 sunbeds were set up of course all taken at 4.30 pm. Our choices were either to get plastic dirty and rusted chairs or to lay down on the floor... both options were totally uncomfortable. We could not really enjoy a nice time there so we left. Thirdly, we had to sleep all night with a very uncomfortable noise of ventilation not coming with the AC which was off.
