I didn't realize we would be staying in an apartment! It was my first time interacting with Kasa, so there were some stumbling blocks checking in, but once past those, the place was terrific! It was clean and well-appointed, and in a central location for our needs. Only 2 things were problematic: the tv remote needed new batteries and we never figured out how to get English out of it; and a 3rd floor place with no elevator wouid not have been my choice had I known when making the reservation. I will know better the next time I make plans!

Never Again

We had a very disappointing stay due to multiple unresolved issues. We were locked out for nearly two hours on arrival due to a faulty keypad. The unit was dirty. There was hair in the shower, stained bedding, dusty floors, and leftover debris on the couch. We also found a dirty towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Despite repeated requests, proper cleaning and maintenance were never completed. The balcony door wouldn’t lock, the keypad failed again mid-stay, and the smoke detector battery was never replaced. Communication with management was poor throughout. Overall, the experience fell far below expectations. The property offered a laughable $270 refund.

Vi hade fläckiga lakan och bad om nya men fick aldrig några utan köpte egna. Det saknades bakplåt till ugnen. Vi bad om en men fick ingen så vi köpte en egen. Gardinen i stora rummet fungerade inte att dra för. Golven var kladdiga av något rengöringsmedel. Vid poolen vad det flera närgångna ödlor. Rätt så mycket buller från järnvägen på ena sidan och motorvägen på andra sidan. Vi hade tur och fick ett boende nära poolområdet. Sängarna var sköna och vi trivdes där trots bristerna.
