Incredible property
This unit was better than pictured. It is in a perfect location to the beach and nearby dining, shopping, people watching. The pool / hot tub area is amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had an issue with an appliance and the host was very responsive and addressed our issue quickly and fully. I highly recommend this property. A few things I learned in the 4 days we stayed: - Where Pierce St. enters the Broadway there is a company that rents beach chairs and umbrellas. The umbrellas are red. You give them your unit number and your last name and you can have two beach chairs for "free" every day. Umbrella rental is $20 extra. You can head down and use a chair/ mark a set of chairs in the morning and then when they open (at 9:30am) they will come over to you and have you pay/ give your unit info. You can come and go throughout the day but should leave beach towels on the chair; some used tee shirts. They close at 5pm so after that you are on your own. - You do not need a car to stay at this property. Uber is easy to use and the parking is so expensive. It was a $40 uber drive from the airport and a $18 uber back to the airport. - The unit does provide a trash bag and a few starter items (one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, 4 dishwasher pods). It worked out well for our 4 day stay but you may need to get more if staying longer. There is a washer/dryer combo but no washing liquid.
