Not too bad
I like the “old Florida” dated kind of feel, it just needs maybe a couple coats of paint. I didn’t feel like it was outdated but needs just a little TLC. The food options were a bit pricey and the restaurant staff was a little pushy. We were walking down the hall to the beach past the restaurant and a staff member detoured us to a table before we knew what was happening 😂. We ordered some sodas and left after paying. The automatic gratuity might be why they were so adamant. I think with all the options available so close by for food the restaurant part might need some reconsideration. Overall our experience was good. We were only there for the weekend, not sure we could do a week there do to the room size. I read reviews about the smell and humidity in the rooms, it’s South Florida, it’s humid. Housekeeping was very kind, made up our room each day.

The condition of this hotel/resort was less than I expected. Very dated and in need of repair and a refresh. Having stayed there before I would not stay there again unless there are is a reno o. The rooms. Not worth the cost at all.
